Now we’re hiring a driven and detail-focused Supply Chain Executive to join our growing Chicago team. If you're early in your career, hungry to learn, and excited to build real solutions in a fast-moving environment—this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Exec, you’ll sit at the heart of our operations, helping awesome brands get the ingredients they need—on time, every time.

Own supplier relationships and manage logistics partners to keep orders moving

Coordinate imports, customs, and compliance with precision

Solve problems fast—whether it's a delayed shipment or a supplier hiccup

Track supplier performance (delivery times, quality, etc.) and keep standards high

Maintain clean data and documentation so we stay audit-ready

Collaborate across teams (sales, ops, customer success) to deliver a seamless buying experience

Spot process improvements and push them forward

Support sourcing and supplier negotiations when needed

Who We’re Looking For
This is a great fit for someone with 0–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or procurement—or a grad who’s eager to learn fast and step into a business-critical role.

You’re super organised, with a sharp eye for detail

You take ownership and get things done—even when things get messy

You’re curious, quick to learn, and love solving problems

You’re confident working with data (Excel is your friend)

You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder

Bonus points if you know your way around logistics, BRC compliance, or the food & drink world
